I???m a sticker for style, etiquette, and polished branding. Things are meant to be a certain way and that???s precisely the way they should be. I guess it???s just my good, Southern upbringing. Just kidding. I???m actually really none of those things nor do I abide by such silly, antiquated philosophies. I actually prefer to color outside of the lines-more of a rebellious spirit. It???s what you get when you???re born a little sweet and a little tangy. You become an unforgettable collection of contradictions-and flavor. A rule-maker, yet a rule-breaker-like opposites attracting. You get the idea.

Get out there. Be Contradictory.

In my informative years, back in Kyoto, I was a world-renowed hibachi chef par excellence-differentiating myself from all the rest by using pineapple as my secret weapon. Yeap, I was the chef in the white apron and tall paper that, slicing and dicing meats at lightning speeds, all while balancing a samurai sword on the tip of my tongue-blindfolded. And trust me when I tell you, no one sets an onion volcano up in flames like I do. I???m a master.

Get out there. Be excellent.
